Professional accounts are for architects, planning consultants, engineers, agents, developers and related property professionals. Creating the account is free; running reports uses paid credits or a paid monthly allowance.

VAT or CRO details are optional and can support verification or invoicing.
Sole traders can register using a personal or trading name.
Professional Starter Pack: €120 for 10 checks.
Pay as you go - no monthly fee unless you choose Pro Monthly.
